An Important Look at Childhood Vaccines
One of our favorite resources of investigative journalism is Uncover DC’s “Dark to Light” podcast with Frank & Beanz. You will hear us refer to them a lot on our podcast and in this blog section. On their most recent episode they referred to a video entitled “Do Vaccines Make Us Healthier?” We highly recommend you watch it here. It contains 3 peer-reviewed studies about things like the differences in health outcomes in children who were born between 2005-2015, with those who received vaccines and those who did not. Another one looks at office visits and cumulative rates of billed diagnoses between those two groups, and the last one looks at the overall health of the unvaccinated population of all ages. Only 1/4 of 1% of our population is unvaccinated! As I look back on my response over the years to that group, I often saw them as ‘rebels’ and a danger to my kids at school, or ‘misinformed’. But as you begin to connect the dots of ‘corporate medicine’ and Big Pharma, you realize that things are not what they necessarily seem. If only I had known what I learned in this video. At the very least I have learned to think more critically when it comes to taking advice and making health-related decisions.
Whether you are considering vaccinating yourself or your children, or are interested in why we have seen an increase in a number of things in our childhood population such as auto-immune disease, behavioral issues like ADHD, and ear infections, this video will provide critical insight. I really think you will find the outcomes fascinating and alarming! It is important for us to continue to ask tough questions, to research, draw conclusions based on actual data, and to keep an open mind. After all, this is the real scientific process.
Happy viewing!
