If not, you should really familiarize yourself with it and understand the theory is now a reality. Spoiler alert: despite what the leftist media and political talking heads would have you believe, this has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with voting power. When horrible policies drive people out of your districts, you lose representation and therefore must ‘replace’ those with others in order to keep your representation (power).
